EatWell Terms of Use
Version: terms-2026-07-19-draft.1 · Effective: 21 July 2026 Status: In force — approved by legal counsel
These terms govern the use of the EatWell mobile application provided by Harun Yardımcı. The app is available only to users aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully.
The app provides nutrition, calorie, macro, water, weight, activity and wellness tracking. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider or emergency service. Its content and automated suggestions do not constitute diagnosis or treatment. Contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the requested service. You must have the right to submit that content.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions can be managed in Apple ID settings. Consumable question credits are depleted when used and are not restored by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple's applicable process, subject to mandatory consumer law.
You may not bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape data without authorisation, harm others, or attempt to defeat AI safety controls. The software, design, marks and provider content remain the property of their respective owners.
Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security, legal or third-party service reasons. Material changes will be notified and renewed acceptance obtained where required. You may delete your account in the app. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
